Before arranging an appointment
We take a personal approach to your dog’s care and value a lasting relationship with each client. These requirements help keep the salon calm, safe and on schedule.
By appointment only. No walk-ins, including enquiries. Call or text 905-662-0619 to enquire. Do not visit without a confirmed appointment.
- Dogs 25 lb and under. We are not accepting new feline clients.
- Full grooms only. Nail trims between appointments are available to existing clients only, when the schedule permits.
- Behaviour and safety. We only groom dogs without behavioural or aggression issues.
- Regular care. Pre-booking is strongly recommended to maintain your dog’s coat and grooming routine.
- Prompt drop-off and pickup. Please arrive within five minutes of the agreed times. Wait for your pickup invitation before returning.
- Additional time and care. Services requiring extra time, including medicated shampoos, slower drying or extended stays, carry a surcharge. Discuss special requirements in advance.
- Coat condition and behaviour. Disclose concerns before the appointment. Undisclosed issues may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments leave time that could have been offered to another client. See the Grooming Policy for fees and special accommodations.
Arriving for a confirmed appointment: Walk through the side gate and use the marked salon door. Once invited to collect your dog, you may enter directly.
